In this webinar, we will be discussing the process of estimating in construction. We will talk about how estimating is used as a tool for forecasting project costs. This will encompass different types of estimates, the techniques used by estimators and how estimating affects the process of winning work.

Part two of our scheduling series. We will do a live, practical demo of how the Critical Path Method is actualized using scheduling software developed specifically for tracking construction progress. Primavera P6 is the largely preferred software used in federal construction project management. We will take a look at how a schedule is built with the latest P6 model. We will talk about the benefits of using Primavera P6 as an administrative tool.
July 20, 2020 at 3:00 PM EST - Time Impact Analysis
We will be discussing the steps to take when analyzing delays on a construction project. By conducting a Time Impact Analysis, the conversation for a delay claim can be focused on a mathematically calculated number of days that a project has been impacted by a specific event. We will go through how this number of days is calculated and what information is needed to create the analysis. We will also discuss how you can better prepare yourself for claims before the event occurs.

During this webinar, we will be exploring the use of RMS 3.0 in federal contracts. RMS 3.0 is the program utilized by some branches of the government to track the progress of construction projects. We will detail out the process of using RMS to track the project schedule, submittals, pay activities, insurance, subcontracts, documentation, daily reports, etc.
